ABOUT ANN

My calling in life has been to provide opportunities for “everyday people with everyday problems” to overcome their challenges and make the most out of their lives. Working in counseling and rehabilitation for 20 years has allowed me to assist individuals in changing their patterns of destructive behavior. Managing employees for the last 15 years has also provided opportunities to assist individuals to excel in their lives. I have always believed each individual holds within themselves their own unique capacity to heal. It excites me to be a part of that process with people.

When I discovered the powerful tool of hypnosis, I knew I wanted to bring it to others as well. During my years as an executive, I watched many people struggle, including myself, with all the complexities life brings us. I feel my years of training and experience have prepared me to help ordinary people begin to live extraordinary lives.

I received my training from the Colorado School of Counseling Hypnotherapy, one of the nation’s most well renowned schools of Hypnotherapy. My specialty training included substance abuse and addiction recovery, as well as weight mastery. I also learned techniques to help provide relief from fears, anxiety, and depression.

I am continually expanding the methods I use to help clients heal. I am currently a PhD student in Counseling Psychology having received my Bachelors in Criminal Justice in 1988 and Masters in Organizational Management in 1999.

Below are additional trainings and certifications I have received:

  • Executive Leadership Program, Stanford University, Palo Alto, CA
  • Certified Criminal Justice Specialist, American College of Forensic Counselors
